How we work.
A professional Real Estate photo shoot generally takes about two hours, depending on the size of the property and how many final images you require. We bring an assortment of off-camera lighting, flashes, strobes, umbrellas, reflectors and soft boxes. We also spend a significant amount of time perfecting each and every image in post production to ensure perspective is correct, white balance is accurate, luminance levels are natural and color tone is correct.
We also specialize in HDR (High Dynamic Range) or "HD" photography, which uses multiple exposures of a scene and special software processing to render an image with the most amount or "dynamic range" of detail between the shadows and the highlights - without using any additional lighting other than what is present in the home!
Many serious shelter industry photographers accept the notion that HDR may be the future of interior photography, if processed correctly, given time of day and ideal lighting situations. We've been delivering great looking HDRs for years, here are a few of our favorites.

Compago is a Latin term for "Join Together" and is headed by veteran photographer Dale Charles, a New England native who began his journey in the visual arts in the late 70's. He is also a recording artist on several labels and has produced music for the BBC, WGBH in Boston, ESPN and on the score of Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold! children's cartoon series.
