Wall St Journal: In Real Estate, A Picture Is Worth $1,000 or More

”..Not surprisingly, listings with better photos command higher asking
prices: If you believe your home is worth the investment of good
photography, you’ll probably ask more money for it. The surprising part
is that the tactic works. At the closing table, listings with nicer
photos gain anywhere between $934 and $116,076–as measured by the
difference between asking and final price..”

2018 updated website

I’ve added a Select Residences page to my website. Fourteen unique residences, exteriors and twilight’s as well as a Sacramento Standards & Mid-range homes. I photograph all sort of home from condos to standards to fine homes and estates.

My work is best viewed full screen on a large desktop monitor but any laptop or tablet will do. This website also works well on smartphones but you’re missing the full experience on a tiny screen.

I also added a number of new images to my portfolio page.

My home base is the greater Sacramento area and I shoot far more standard homes than posh moderns, but I do travel a bit for some very special assignments.
